The project

Andrea Banchio Farm, or better BALSAMICA located in the first hills of the province of Reggio Emilia is the realization of a child dream that with waiting patience we grow until reach one of the most precious Italian food.
Very few for few our BALSAMICA “L’Acetaia di Elisa e Andrea” (white label) is a unique product that is aged 32 years old and in 2010 obtained the best score (322,2) in a competition between little producers of balsamic vinegar of Modena with over 1200 evaluated samples.
We also produce a second line of balsamic vinegar of Modena tradition ” Vintage Vinegar” (black label) 18 years old has a dominant flavor of an ancient black grape of Reggio Emilia , the Sgavetta, with a predominant fruit and sweet taste that remain even in the final aged balsamic vinegar and has obtained at an evaluation taste panel the judge of ” extravecchio”,with 288 point score, that means good aged balsamic vinegar of Modena.
